Boss Hog Barbecue

Upon arrival the staff made my wife and I feel welcomed. They were very helpful with our choices. We had the brisket ribs combo with baked beans Mac and cheese and corn bread. The meats were good eventhough I am a person who prefers removal of the membrane on the ribs before cooking. My wife loved the brisket and the very flavorable baked beans. The Mac and cheese wasn't something I would recommend. Pasta shells and cheese with no seasoning was a downer. I suggest they go back to the drawing board with this side dish. The beverage case needs to be a lot cooler because our sodas really weren't cold. Despite a couple of bumps in the road I would go back a try some of their other dishes. Guys keep working on the menu. Not bad

The food is incredible. Definitely some of the best BBQ in the state. They are very often just randomly closed, though. Quite a few times we have tried to get lunch here and they’re closed during normal business hours. Definitely call to make sure they’re open before making a trip.

The professionals at Boss Hog are amazing. They are always polite, helpful and they care about every single customer. I highly recommend them for both an in restaurant meal and catering for your next event. They came through in a pinch! I love their brisket the most but all of their smoked meats are amazing. My husband goes nuts for their baked beans and corn bread. I highly recommend!

Nice little place for fresh BBQ. 2 communal tables and some counter seating. I would call ahead to check availability if you are looking for a specific menu item, as they can run out. Baked beans were good, but would have been better without peppers. Pulled pork sandwich had perfect amount of meat. The bun was soft and held the sandwich together nicely. Meat could have been warmer and was a little on the salty side. I would recommend, and I will probably go back with a friend or 2.

Truly one of the best bbqs in the tri state area. Brisket, pulled pork and ribs were phenomenal. If you love bbq you can’t go wrong with giving them your business.

Forget the expression "it's so good make me wanna slap my mama!" this place will make you slap your grandmama!!!! you know how you watch the barbecue challenges on TV that make your mouth water and wanna bite the TV ??? Boss Hog Barbecue will satisfy that craving!! all their barbecue taste like they were in your backyard with a barrel grill and high fire!!! in addition to the delicious sides they have great cornbread I even went more southern and put a little bit more butter on mine!!! The staff are very friendly and great !! Sam is very attentive to your order, funny and personable! Jesse to be so young still in high school is so polite and friendly and he's a cutie!! so ladies go check him and the barbecue out!!! lol

The BEST barbecue in the state, hands-down. No contest. Wonderful people. The co-owner, Mark, was so nice and kept giving us samples to try. Very welcoming atmosphere with even nicer customers. Peter, a regular, was very outgoing and all of the staff were beyond friendly and helpful. THE BEST!! Delicious ribs, brisket, pulled chicken, pulled pork. We tried everything. You can’t go wrong. Feels like you’re at home.

Delicious, succulent and smoky BBQ. We tried a little of everything. The beans and the variety of sauces were standout items, a MUST try. The meat was tender and juicy and everything you could want from a BBQ joint. The staff is friendly, polite and the restaurant is meticulously clean. Have been back multiple times since and never disappointed.
